5. Once the coffee comes to a boil, pour half of it equally into the cups, over the foam.
6. Return the pot to the stovetop and boil the remaining coffee for an additional 15-20 seconds, then pour the rest into the cups.
7. Serve the Turkish coffee with water and Turkish delight.
